Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Orange Recover
  • ½ cup / 95 g fresh (or frozen) pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (approx. ½ medium lemon) 
  • ½ tsp. ground turmeric 

Instructions

  1. Place milk, ice, Recover, pineapple, lemon juice, and turmeric in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
