What Are The Classes Like?

During each sound meditation, you’ll simply sit or lie down and focus on the sounds of the instruments, like singing bowls, harps, chimes, the didgeridoo, and more. Their soothing tones create a “sound bath,” where vibrations and frequencies help you feel at ease, rejuvenated, and content.
