Whether you're a new bike owner or getting back in the groove after a hiatus, you'll love this all-level program featuring seven different trainers and class types. Each workout is unique, and you'll learn how to use your bike for cardio, strength and recovery too. In 7 days you'll be motivated and inspired to continue!

What Are The Workouts Like?

Each workout features a different trainer who will motivate you with a unique focus and workout style. You'll learn about heart rate zones and their benefits while exploring different ride types, from rhythm rides to climbs. You'll also incorporate strength and recovery work off the bike for a balanced total body experience. Workouts range from 20-60 minutes.

Tools + Equipment

You'll definitely need your bike and heart rate monitor, but don't forget your dumbbells! 2 sets of varying weights is ideal. You'll also want your foam roller for recovery, and a mat is recommended for floor work.
