What Are the 30 Day Booty Boost Workouts Like?

Train 6 days using the Glute Activation Method built on proper activation, isolation, and intentional movements. Each 30-50 minute workout is designed to keep tension on your glutes so every rep contributes to real lift and shape while building a balanced, athletic physique. Glute-focused workouts combine activations, compound lifts, and target isolation movements to activate and fully engage the glutes without shifting work into the thighs. Upper body and total body sessions build strength, stability, and overall definition, while cardio & core workouts improve movement, conditioning, and support your lifts. Optional active recovery helps restore mobility and keep your body progression. Also included are 10 x 10 minute bonus workouts that can be added to any day for an extra boost or if you don’t have enough time in the day to do a full workout.
