BODi Blocks are simple, sustainable, and an effective way to reach your goals. With 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks, followed by an optional UP Week, the block format gives you the perfect mix of consistency, recovery, and training variety—designed to fit real life. Start on the first Monday of the month or any day that works for you. Our Super Blocks are fan-favorite programs remade in the 3-week BODi Block format by our legendary Super Trainers.
