Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fresh asparagus ends trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 

  2. Place asparagus on large baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake, shaking pan occasionally, for 22 to 25 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
