Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Snickerdoodle Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 130 g all-natural almond butter
  • ½ cup / 45 g finely chopped almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup / 30 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine Shakeology, almond butter, almonds, and honey in a medium bowl; mix well.  

  2. Roll into 12 equal balls, about 1-inch (2½-cm) in diameter.  

  3. Combine almond flour, coconut sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll each cookie dough bite mixture to coat.  

  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
