Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped, frozen
  • 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 3 to 4 drops all-natural green food coloring (optional)
  • ½ Mint Chocolate Chip BEACHBAR, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place zucchini, Shakeology, almond milk, extract, and food coloring (if desired) in a food processor (or high-powered blender); cover. Blend until smooth. 

  2. Add to a serving bowl; top with BEACHBAR. Enjoy immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month. If frozen, set out at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving.
