What Is a Super Block?

A fan-favorite program remade into a fresh BODi Block by your Super Trainers—that’s a Super Block. Get pumped with all-new workouts and keep making progress throughout the month. With 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks followed by an UP Week, the block format gives you the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training variation. It’s a healthy routine that works for real life! Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.

You’ll work your body from head to toe in this Super Block. Autumn’s redesigned everyone’s favorite Fix workouts with all new moves and awesome playlists. Get your heart pumping with two days of cardio-focused workouts and help sculpt your muscles with 3 days of strength-focused training. There’s a modifier in every workout who can help you set your own pace without losing the benefits. Add on Autumn’s 5er Ab Fix twice a week for an extra burn, and you can swap in any of the 3 bonus Cycle Fix workouts on Cardio Fix days or when you want a fun challenge.

The fourth week of your Super Block is your UP Week, which stands for Unconditional Progress. It’s a chance for you to recover and reward yourself, because no matter how much you care for your physical body, your mindset determines the quality of your life. So let’s make it fun! You have 2 workouts scheduled for the week, and you’re invited to try a Sample Workout of next month’s Super Block. We also encourage you to explore the Mindset tools and content—they’re here to help you strengthen your self-belief and create a life you’re excited to show up for. Your UP Week must-do: Watch the Mindset Master Classes, monthly deep dives led by top experts in personal development.
