Ingredients

  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. / 30 g dry rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped unsalted walnuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Add oats, Shakeology, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk to a 16-fl.-oz. (480-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to combine. Seal lid; refrigerate for 1 hour, or up to overnight.

  2. When ready to eat, top with blueberries and walnuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat; enjoy within 24 hours.
