Autumn Calabrese’s Ultimate Ballet Workout

Autumn likes to mix up her workouts all the time, and, as you can see from the she’s dressed, you’re doing ballet today!  She was a dance major in college, so she’s taking you back to the basics of ballet barre (if you don’t have a barre, you can use a chair). Everything in ballet is about being drawn-up from the top of your head through the spine, and feeling connected from head to toe. It’s a great workout for your legs and core. Let’s have some fun!
