- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Strawberry Whey (or Tropical Strawberry Plant-based Vegan) Shakeology
- 1 cup / 150 g fresh (or frozen) strawberries
- ¼ cup / 60 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats
