Nutty Butter Chocolate Balls
- ½ cup gluten-free dry, old-fashioned rolled oats
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted, coarsely chopped
- 2 scoops Chocolate Daily Sunshine
- ½ cup finely chopped raw almonds (or pecans or walnuts)
- ½ cup all-natural almond butter
- ¼ cup raw honey
Place oats in food processor; pulse for 20 seconds.
Add dates, Daily Sunshine, almonds, almond butter, and honey; pulse until blended.
Shape mixture into eighteen balls, approximately 1 Tbsp. each.
Serve immediately (or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator).
