The holidays are upon us, and for many that also means it’s the season for shopping. The festivities unofficially kick off on Black Friday…or as Tony calls it, “Super Awesome Discount Day Friday.” This is technically the day after Thanksgiving, but this year the sales have started much earlier. But, if you are planning to bolt out the door as soon as you’ve finished your last slice of pie, we’ve got a little workout for you. Come Friday morning there will be lines wrapping around stores and folks crowding the malls in a hurry to grab the best deals before they disappear.

But you’ll be ready! In this workout, Tony leads you through the moves you’ll need to conquer to be ready for the shopping madness. You’ll work on your sprint from the car to the mall and you’ll practice dodging those who get in your way. You’ll strengthen your muscles to push heavy shopping carts loaded with loot and jump high to reach the last toy on the top shelf. Tony will even show you a special move to help you lovingly deal with people who try to run off with your gifts. And since, at the end of it all, you have to make it back to the car with your load of presents, get ready to pick up some weights to get those arms ready.
