What Are the 4 Weeks For Every Body Workouts Like?

There are 4 workouts a week for 4 weeks, 30 minutes each, including a warm-up and cooldown. Using dumbbells and a Core Ball, 4 Weeks For Every Body will get your heart pumping as you target your entire body, focusing on eccentric (lengthening) exercises that leverage the benefits of time under tension to help maximize results. Each minute is purposeful, effective, and low-impact—designed to aid the improvements in your gut biome when following The 4 Week Gut Protocol. Looking for a 5th workout to stay on-track during the week? You’ll love adding cycling to your routine with 4 optional bike rides.
